I love the way they smile

January 30th, 2008

this was taken right after we finish hearing mass last sunday… i just suddenly got the urge to point and shoot to anything that i see at the parking lot since a lot of cars are in haste to leave the place when I called on mom and dad who were about to get in our ride. Check out how nice they smile on my snap. :) 4lola8.jpg

An angel I was

January 23rd, 2008

Our Lady of Fatima visited Good Shepherd Parish in Mira Mesa, the church where my Lolo’s brother, Lolo Art  is active in. My Lola Lyn, made me be a part of the welcoming angels. I was the smallest, my angel attire was way tooooo big my size but we were able to pull through with the event. Although, during the procession and rosary outside I went freaky cold but I finished the entire activity without fretting. Yay! mommy and lola are sure very proud of me. Daddy didn’t know the whole event so he was kind of lost when he arrived home not seeing us here. He made five calls at mom’s mobile phone. But because we were in the church her cellular was turned off so we really never got back at him until the event was over…poor dad, he was worried as to where we were…..

Oranges…

January 19th, 2008

orange3.jpg

Mommy and I had the same fascination with oranges still on its tree. I guess it comes with the color. The contrast that orange, green and woody brown is just worth preserving. And along our way to my grannies home are oranges trees lined up on the yard. We had tried taking pictures of it several times but we really couldn’t get a good shot of any since our car is moving fast. And we really can’t stop just so we could take a picture. That’s a big no no here. But we got a few that still worth showing off. :)

Nice ornamental Plants

January 11th, 2008

This pictures were actually taken at Disneyland and I just sort of noticed it when mommy and I had a re-run of our pictures at my dad’s web page. I just feel so charmed by it that I snapped it away, saved it and now I am posting it here so you too would agree and nod your head like Darryl did. :) Were those cabbages and cauliflowers?  Hah!  enjoy looking at it too.

Mommy isn’t a fan of driving…

January 5th, 2008

but because she got no choice since daddy is still recovering from her tonsilitis + very bad colds with dry cough , mom gets to be in-charge of the wheel. Boy! yo should see how much she dislikes driving of great distance. But she was cool and had brought us back home in great shape. Way to go *wink*.

Unmindful of the hurl in the city

January 4th, 2008

Everytime we pass by at this major thorough fair in Mira Mesa, this company of birds atop the traffic lights would always caught my eye as they are not even shaken by the coming and going of cars. They roost smugly probably just the way they do amidst the forest or their so called home. Pretty amazing hah, how well they have adapted to the urban living.

Daddy is sick!

January 2nd, 2008

Aw’ what a way to welcome the 2008. We were into two extreme emotions…exhilarating happy because ate Rain was with us before 2007 comes to a close and heartbreaking sad as 2008 comes in since daddy is really sick. Good thing though, we are here at Escondido so we are well taken cared of by everyone here. So mommy gets to take care of daddy as I goof around with Darryl.
